EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Heather has been practicing as a Exercise Physiologist since her graduation from the University of South Australia in 2018. She has had experience working with a wide range of clients in private practice including but not limited to those living with complex musculoskeletal concerns, rheumatological conditions,  chronic pain and neurodiversity, and both recreational and elite athletes.

Heather's decision to focus her career on working with those managing chronic pain, fatigue, hypermobility and dysautonomia was driven by recognition of the specialised care these clients required combined  with personal experience living with POTS and Hypermobility; and the impact that individualised and targeted care can have in improving the quality of life of those living within this community.

Heather is passionate about helping her clients find joy in movement and combines her personal and professional experience to provide customised care to those living with invisible illnesses; to assist them in progressing towards their goals and improving their quality of life.
